Kerri brings over ten years of administrative and customer relations experience to the team. She holds a B.A. from Central Washington University and an M.F.A. from Roosevelt University in Chicago. Prior to joining Mike, she managed the office and was a copywriter for a small marketing firm. Since joining the agency she has obtained her insurance license in the state of Illinois and has advised the agency office staff in creating a new assistant training program. Mostly, Kerri enjoys working with Mike to help their clients attain their goals.
